At Ionic Pillowcase™️ every customer's satisfaction is our team's priority and we love the opportunity to help you wherever possible.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we would ask you to please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
If for some reason you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, we're here to help. Email us at email@example.com To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We advise you to use shipping method that can be tracked, as we are unable to be responsible for missing/lost incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. Depending on your location a small shipping fee may apply to dispatch your replacement.
